You want to improve your swim time so that it doesn't feel so exhausting.

 

You have tried some drills on your own, but you feel like 1) you don't move or 2) you are sinking. You are frustrated because no matter how hard you try, you seem to be getting slower or more exhausted in the water. 

You just want to feel confident, feel smoother, feel less exhausted, and have a faster pace in your swim.

Let's get you swimming faster
without feeling exhausted

As a high-level competitive swim coach and triathlon coach, with a previous competitive swimming background, and 9+ years of coaching experience, I can help you get faster and smoother in the swim. 

Virtual Swim Coaching includes: 

  • Biomechanical and technical analysis and feedback on your swim techniques ​

    • To see where we can reduce drag and increase efficiency ​

    • I recommend drills to do based on the videos you send 

  • You must be able to film yourself swimming, including at minimum a side view and a front view with at least 25m for each video. 

    • Bonus if you are able to film yourself from a top view or under the water, but this is not a requirement. 

  • Customized swim workouts based on your biomechanical analysis, personal feedback, schedule, and goals.​​

    • 2-3 swim virtual workouts per week depending on your training schedule.

    • Workouts include drills based on your current technique, plus sets to improve your endurance, efficiency, speed, and breathing. 

  • Unlimited support

Investment: $199 CAD/month for a minimum of 3 months

Only want a swim analysis? 

Virtual Swim Analysis includes: 

  • Biomechanical and technical analysis and feedback on your swim techniques ​

    • To see where we can reduce drag and increase efficiency ​

    • I recommend drills to do based on the videos sent 

  • You must be able to film yourself swimming, including at minimum a side view and a front view with at least 25m for each video. 

    • Bonus if you are able to film yourself from a top view or under the water, but this is not a requirement. 

Investment: $75 CAD per session 

A session includes the initial videos you send, plus my feedback and any clarification you require to ensure you are doing the drills correctly.

Any additional videos you send for further technique analysis after my feedback and clarification will be considered a second analysis session. 

In-Person Swim Analysis includes: 

  • 1 hour of technical stroke analysis including video

    • To see where we can reduce drag and increase efficiency ​

  • Feedback, including drills, during and after the session, with more drills recommended based on the videos taken

Investment: $150 CAD per session

Includes the lane rental, in-person coaching fee, and feedback after the session based on the video analysis

At this time, In-Person Coaching is only available out of the Strathmore Aquatic Centre.
